Tara Rossman

Tara Rossman is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in providing high-level support to C-suite executives and boards across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Talent Officer at QuadReal Property Group since September 2021, Tara previously held positions including Coordinator of the Board of Directors at Collaborative Divorce Ottawa, where responsibilities involved managing relationships with board members and overseeing meeting logistics. Tara’s experience also includes vital roles at autoTRADER.ca, iA Auto Finance, Interface, and ESSILOR, where tasks ranged from calendar management and organizing travel to data analysis and preparing high-quality presentations. Tara holds a degree in Marketing Assistant from the Toronto School of Business, completed between 2000 and 2003.
