Wayne McPherson

Wayne McPherson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and business development. Currently serving as Sales Enablement Director at Capita since May 2010, Wayne has also held the roles of Business Development Director and Bid Director focusing on strategic deals. Prior to Capita, Wayne worked at Vertex Data Science from 2000 to 2010 in multiple positions, and held the title of Change Programmes Director at Friends Provident from 1997 to 2000. Wayne's career began as a Project Manager at IMPAC® Integrated Control Systems, Inc. from 1994 to 1997. Wayne holds a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
