Cristie Garrett, MAI, AI-GRS, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Real Estate Manager at Capital City Bank Group, Inc., a position held since August 2012, where responsibilities include roles as a Real Estate Analyst and Review Appraiser. From November 2018 to September 2023, Cristie acted as the Real Estate Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board in Leon County, overseeing real estate matters during tax years 2018 to 2023. Prior experience includes more than two decades as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Ketcham Appraisal Group, Inc., from October 1989 to July 2012.
