Tatyana Bakharevskaya

Tatyana Bakharevskaya is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in site reliability and IT operations. Currently serving as Engineering Director of Site Reliability at Capital.com since August 2024, Tatyana previously held the role of Director of Engineering for IT Operations at Bumble, where leadership of a team exceeding 50 engineers was key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tatyana's background includes a tenure as Deputy Chief Technical Officer at VK, where the development and mentoring of over 100 engineers were prioritized, and significant contributions at Yandex, encompassing various roles that involved overseeing teams of up to 250 engineers and managing critical operations for traffic delivery. Tatyana's career began with foundational roles in system administration at Moscow Trust Bank and OOO "Realty.ru." Tatyana holds an engineering degree in Cybernetics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
