Melissa L. Hart

Melissa L. Hart, M.A., SPHRi, CCMP, serves as the Vice President of People Operations at CCMC and is the Founder and Director of the Keep Moving Forward Foundation. Additionally, Melissa is the Founder and Managing Principal of The HumanVantage® Group, a division of Hart Solution LLC, and the Founder and CEO of The HART of Change. Previous experience includes the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at MedAire, an International SOS Company. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
