Gilad Nahari

Gilad Nahari, PE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in urban development and the MEP+FP industry. Currently serving as Associate Principal at Capital Engineering, Gilad specializes in a wide array of urban projects, including residential, mixed-use, high-rise, and commercial buildings. Prior roles include Managing Principal at AMA Group, and President & CEO at IDiaz Design, Inc., which Gilad founded in Los Angeles after gaining global experience. Gilad has a proven track record of optimizing project schedules and budgets while fostering relationships with clients and team members. Previous positions included Project Engineer at Davidovich & Associates and Owner/Chief Engineer at Sela Nahari Consulting Engineers Ltd., where significant contributions to project management and mentorship were made. Gilad's engineering foundation was built with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by experience as a California Title 24 Energy Analyst and service as an Infantry First Sergeant in the Israeli Defense Force.
