Abbi Matthews

Abbi Matthews is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Collections Team Lead at Capital on Tap since July 2023, Abbi previously held multiple positions at Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, including Office Manager, Head of Litigation, Litigator, and Legal Assistant from February 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Claim Investigator at We Fight Any Claim, an Executive Officer for the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, and as a Prison Officer at Abbi's Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. Abbi also gained leadership experience as a Team Leader at Sainsbury's from May 2007 to February 2015. Educational achievements include a Level 3 Introduction to Law & Practice from CILEX Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of South Wales.
