Kira Peterson

Kira Peterson has over two decades of extensive experience in various roles at Capital One, where Kira currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Associate Experience Technology and Enterprise Labor Strategy. In this position, Kira oversees operations for a team of 700 associates and manages a labor strategy portfolio for an enterprise technology organization of 14,000 employees. Kira has spearheaded initiatives such as "Clearing the Way" and "Invest in Yourself Day," which focus on associate enablement and professional development. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director in the Tech Chief of Staff Office, where Kira supported the organization's transformation efforts, and Director of Talent Management and Campus Recruiting, leading programs that significantly impacted executive development and recruitment.
