Rithika Pothi

Rithika Pothi is currently a Product Marketing Intern at Workiva and an Incoming Finance Intern at Capital One, both starting in 2024 and 2023, respectively. Rithika holds several leadership roles, including Vice President of Professional Advancement and Professional Committee Member at Alpha Kappa Psi, and Merage Peer Career Advisor at the University of California, Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business. Rithika also serves as Lead Outreach Coordinator for Sustainable & Just Future and has held multiple positions within the Merage Undergraduate Student Association, including Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Diversity. Previous internship experiences include a Financial Transformation Intern at Teleperformance and a Healthcare Consultant Micro-Intern at Kaiser Permanente. Rithika's academic background includes a business education at the University of California, Irvine and Clements High School.
