Srini Uppalapati

Srini Uppalapati is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Since April 2012, Srini has held various leadership roles at Capital One, currently serving as Managing Vice President of Digital, where responsibilities include building enterprise products and platforms for unified digital experiences. Previously, Srini led high-performing teams in areas such as Retail & Direct Bank technology and Consumer Bank Engineering, driving data and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Capital One, experience includes roles at ING, Siemens Healthcare, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Synygy, and Temple University School of Dentistry, with a strong foundation in software development and engineering management. Srini earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Temple University.
