David Scharbach

David Scharbach is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as the Acting Manager of Technical Services and previously as the Manager of Telecommunication and Automation at Capital Regional District since May 2019, David has also held roles such as Project Engineer - Electrical. Prior experience includes positions as an EIC Engineering Specialist at the City of Saskatoon, Senior Mine Electrical Engineer at Nutrien, and Senior Project Engineer at the City of Saskatoon, where David managed capital projects related to water and wastewater. Early career experience includes work as an Engineer in Training at Stantec. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Grade 12 Diploma from Lloydminster Comprehensive High School.
