Matthew Greeno

Matthew Greeno serves as a Community Energy Specialist at Capital Regional District since September 2019, focusing on community greenhouse gas emissions, benchmarking, climate action planning, and community engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Sustainability Coordinator at the University of Victoria from December 2012 to September 2019, and as an Energy Specialist at City Green Solutions from February 2009 to December 2012. Matthew holds an Advanced Facilitation Certificate from Royal Roads University (2018-2019), a Master of Arts in Studies in Policy and Practice from the University of Victoria (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria (2005-2008).
