Ted Fox

Ted Fox currently serves as the General Manager at Capital Vacations since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ted Fox was the Senior Regional Director at FirstService Residential Florida from March 2011 to July 2022, overseeing a developer portfolio and various large-scale homeowner and condo associations throughout Central Florida. Additionally, Ted Fox worked as a CAM Instructor at IFREC Real Estate Schools from 2016 to December 2018, providing mandatory pre-license education for aspiring Community Association Managers. Experience also includes a tenure as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, specializing in residential real estate in Central Florida, and as a Community Association Manager at EPM Services. Beginning a career in management, Ted Fox held the position of Managing Director at National Property & Facility Services from July 2006 to October 2009. Ted Fox earned a degree from Limerick Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2001.
