Jerome Passmore

Jerome Passmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, project management, and digital commerce. Currently serving as the Head of Capitec Pay at Capitec Bank since February 2015, Jerome oversees the product delivery cycle, focusing on innovation and market strategies. Previous roles at Capitec include Head of Digital Commerce and Head of Business Transformation, where Jerome led initiatives for a digitally-focused business model. Prior to Capitec, Jerome held senior positions at Absa Group and Standard Bank Group, managing business transformation programs and global operations. Jerome's career began as Managing Director at MasterPLAN Consulting, and the professional has also contributed to the International Association of Facilitators as Regional Director. Jerome is IAF Certified and PMI Certified, with academic credentials that include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University and an MComm in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg.
