Shelly Nisim

Shelly Nisim has a robust background in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Capitolis since February 2019, where the company leads the fintech sector by transforming capital market operations. Simultaneously, Shelly is a lecturer at Jolt.io, promoting innovative learning experiences through local learning clubs. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources and Operations at Gefen Technologies, and as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at Traiana, where expertise was applied in market infrastructure for financial services. Earlier career roles included working as a Recruitment Specialist at Hever Human Resources. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
