Mads Bendt

Mads Bendt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Custos Robotics ApS since July 2024, Mads has held multiple high-level roles at Capra Robotics ApS since November 2017, including Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mads is also the CEO of Bendt IPR ApS, which manages intellectual property rights, and the owner of Bendt ApS, focusing on knowledge broking and innovation. Mads has a rich background in founding and leading innovation-focused companies, both as an innovator and a strategic consultant, with previous roles at Agile 360 A/S and Vestas Wind Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Education Science from Aarhus University, along with a BA.Sc. in Mechanics from Aalborg University.
