Malcolm Barnett

Malcolm Barnett is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity derivatives and sales. Currently serving as Managing Director at Capstone LLC since 2013, Barnett previously held the position of Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank from 2011 to 2013, focusing on global equity derivative and synthetic equity sales. Prior to that, Barnett spent nearly a decade at J.P. Morgan in various executive roles, including oversight of equity derivatives hedge fund sales and head of Asia-Ex Japan equity derivatives investor marketing. Early career experience includes significant roles in equity derivatives sales and trading at J.P. Morgan and an account executive position at Ord Minnett. Barnett holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Sydney and attended Sydney Grammar School.
