Dale Peniuk

Dale Peniuk is an experienced director and chartered accountant with a strong focus on the mining industry. Currently serving as a Director at Lundin Mining Corporation, Capstone Mining Corp, and Argonaut Gold Inc., Dale holds the position of Audit Committee Chair and actively participates in various committees related to human resources, compensation, governance, and nominating. As the President of Dale Peniuk Ltd., a firm dedicated to assisting mining companies with financial reporting in corporate finance activities, Dale has leveraged expertise gained during a 17-year tenure as a partner at KPMG, where leadership of the Mining services practice group was a key role. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Information Systems from The University of British Columbia.
