Jerry Park

Jerry Park is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CapTech since May 2019, Jerry focuses on designing and implementing DevOps strategies for cloud-native applications. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at CapTech and Software Developer at Best Buy Canada, where leadership in e-commerce feature development utilizing microservices architecture was paramount. Jerry also contributed significantly as a Senior Software Engineer at Blackboard, enhancing the company's flagship LMS, BB LEARN. Jerry's career began as a Systems Administrator at both Premium Computer Solutions and Alliance francaise de Vancouver, and earlier experience includes teaching mathematics at JEI Self-Learning Systems, Inc. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
