Ronald Canales

Ronald Canales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software implementation, business analysis, and project management within the regulatory banking and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as a Manager and previously as a Senior Consultant at CapTech since April 2019, Ronald has managed teams, overseen client software implementations, and developed expertise in business processes. Prior roles include a Senior Business Analyst at MicroPact, focusing on requirements gathering and documentation, and a Consultant at CapTech Ventures, where responsibilities included software integration and data migration project management. Ronald co-founded the Manna Project International chapter at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, showcasing leadership skills, and gained foundational experience during an internship at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
