Sara Vickers

Sara Vickers is an experienced professional with a strong background in public policy and program analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at CapTech since September 2021, Vickers has also held the position of Senior Consultant. Previously, Vickers was the Communications & Outreach Manager (Volunteer) at RYSE Initiative and worked at the US Government Accountability Office as a Management and Program Analyst, as well as a Management Analyst from February 2018 to August 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Vikara Village, University of Maryland, and various research assistant positions within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Vickers holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Appalachian State University.
