Evan Kivolowitz

Evan Kivolowitz has a diverse work experience. Evan began their career in 2015 as a Computer Repair Technician and Consultant at UW-Madison, Division of Information Technology (DoIT). In 2016, they became the Lab Coordinator at Undergraduate Projects Lab. In 2018, they worked as an SDE Intern at both Amazon Web Services and GrammaTech, and as a Researcher at the National Science Foundation Cybersecurity Center of Excellence. Evan was also the founder of ERK LABS LLC, where they built applications for the Bar and Alcohol industry. In 2020, they worked as a Cloud Engineer I at American Family Insurance and a Software Engineer II at Good Deeds and Submittable. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Software Engineer at CaptivateIQ.

Evan Kivolowitz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Middleton High School. In November 2021, they obtained a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp.
