Joshua Waldron

Joshua Waldron is a seasoned quality engineer currently employed at CaptiveAire Systems since August 2022. Waldron has a diverse background, having owned and served as Chief Experience Officer at Adventures Around Orlando. Prior project management experience includes a role at PAR Technology, where Waldron managed deployments for approximately 60 sites monthly. As a production/sustainment engineer at Bertram Yachts, responsibilities included developing electrical harnessing techniques for new products. Waldron also owned Josh's Air Salon, supporting aftermarket products in the automotive sector, and managed engineering projects at ABC Companies. Early career experiences involved legal document preparation at The McMahon Law Group, participation in the UCF Formula SAE team, and automotive component installation at Euro Technik Autosport. Waldron holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
