Nicholas Kassis

Nicholas Kassis has extensive experience in the leasing sector, currently serving as Head of Leasing at CARBONLEO since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing leasing activities for Dix30 and managing restaurant and entertainment leasing. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Devimco Immobiler inc. from April 2010 to January 2018, focusing on retail and office leasing across various projects, including Quartier DIX30 and District Griffin. Nicholas also contributed to market strategies and commercial mix development. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Real Estate from ESG - UQAM, and a DEC in Commerce from Champlain College St-Lambert, following earlier studies at Collège Durocher Saint-Lambert.
