Krist Wong

Krist Wong is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and educational settings. Currently serving as Director of Communications at CardWorks since January 2022, Krist oversees internal and external communications across multiple organizations, including Merrick Bank. Prior to this role, Krist worked at JetBlue for 16 years, progressing from Specialist Crewmember to Manager of Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included developing and executing communication strategies and collaborating with executives. Additional experience includes positions as Technical Writer & Project Editor at Lighthouse Research & Development, Adjunct Instructor at Salt Lake Community College, and Manager of Client Communications at Merrill, Scott & Associates. Krist holds a Master of Arts in Humanities from California State University-Dominguez Hills and multiple degrees in English from Brigham Young University.
