Mani Cherian Kizhakekara

Mani Cherian Kizhakekara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and case management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Case Management at CardWorks since August 2023, Mani previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Synchrony from 2009 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President of Global Operations Initiatives and Technology and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Synchrony, Mani worked at GE Money Mexico from 2001 to 2009 in various operational capacities, including Senior Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President Operations. Early career experience includes positions at Al Kabeer Group of Companies as Chief Engineer and in the Indian Air Force as Flight Lieutenant Technical Officer from 1990 to 1996. Mani holds an Executive MBA from ICFAI Business School, a CQE from the Indian Institute of Quality Management, and a BE in Mechanical from Osmania University.
