Care Alliance Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified community health center providing comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental, women's health, pediatrics, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatment, podiatry, optometry, pharmacy, patient advocacy, and wrap-around services to families and individuals, regardless of the ability to pay. Recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home, Care Alliance provides Cleveland area residents with critical services to address their unique healthcare needs. Care Alliance prioritizes building trusting relationships with our Cleveland family to provide inclusive, meaningful, supportive services for all with a special focus on underserved populations.
