Darrin Cutting

Darrin Cutting is an experienced professional in leadership and development, currently serving as the Head of Academy at the Care Quality Commission since March 2015. Prior to this role, Darrin Cutting held the position of Head of Learning and Development at NSPCC from June 2012 to March 2015 and served as Head of Learning and Development at Northumbria Police from June 2008 to June 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of 150 police officers and staff. Darrin Cutting's career also includes a stint as Head of Learning and Organisational Development at Newcastle City Council from January 2000 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from Northumbria University, along with various other diplomas and certificates in human resources, counselling, workplace coaching, and education.
