The Patient Care team at Care Staffing Professionals is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of patients by providing top-quality care and support. This team includes a Hospice Care Coordinator and Licensed Vocational Nurses who work collaboratively to deliver compassionate and specialized nursing care. They are responsible for coordinating patient services, administering medical treatments, monitoring patient progress, and adapting care plans to meet individual needs, with the overarching goal of achieving optimal health outcomes.
