Graham Davison

Graham Davison has extensive experience in humanitarian leadership and program management, currently serving as the Country Director for CARE in Afghanistan since October 2023, overseeing emergency preparedness and fostering relationships with government and partners. Previously, Graham held the role of Country Director at Concern Worldwide from January 2021 to February 2023, guiding the strategic direction of the Afghanistan program. Earlier positions include Project Director at CARE, focusing on health system reinforcement in Sierra Leone, and International Programmes Director at World Vision Ireland, where strategic oversight included programming in conflict-affected regions. Additional roles encompass Operations Director for World Vision Somalia, Humanitarian Programme Coordinator at Oxfam South Sudan, and consultancy positions with various organizations. Graham holds a Postgraduate Degree in Humanitarian Assistance from the Institute of International Humanitarian Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University.
