Iqbal Hamad

Iqbal Hamad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, project management, and community development, particularly in the fields of agriculture, water management, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as a Technical Support Advisor at CARE, Iqbal previously held significant roles including Head of Mission at SWEDO and Director of Women Empowerment and Gender Program at JOHUD. With a background as an Agriculture Engineer and Development Specialist at The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development, Iqbal has contributed to various initiatives focused on sustainable practices and community capacity building. Iqbal's educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in Environmental Studies and Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding from the University of Jordan and Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Local Economic Development.
