Martin Busingye has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) within the humanitarian sector, currently serving as a Humanitarian MEAL Technical Advisor at CARE since November 2019. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions at World Vision from December 2010 to November 2019, including Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. Martin's earlier experience also includes roles at Volunteers Effort for Development Concerns (VEDCO) and the Uganda Reproductive Health Bureau (URHB) beginning in 2006. Academically, Martin earned a Master’s of Applied Science in Humanitarian Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2022, a Diploma in Technology for Monitoring & Evaluation from TechChange in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University in 2006.
