Healthcare Support

The Healthcare Support team at CareChoice is responsible for providing personalized and high-quality care to individuals across various settings including home, residential, and community care. The team includes Behavior Support Practitioners who develop behavior management plans, Assistente De Saúde who offer day-to-day health assistance, RN Clinical Team Leaders who oversee clinical care and nursing staff, and the Director of Nursing who ensures overall nursing standards and compliance with regulations. Collectively, they support clients with complex and daily care needs, respecting each individual's choices.
