Monica Piquet-Rodriguez

Monica Piquet-Rodriguez is a seasoned strategist with extensive experience in nonprofit and educational initiatives. Currently a Strategy Consultant at CareerSpring, Monica has previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Consultant, focusing on enhancing the organization's service model for first-generation college students through technology and strategic planning. Prior roles include founding Executive Director of the Lee Next Step Fund, where Monica established a nonprofit to support students' career and college preparation, and Managing Director of Program at Teach For America, overseeing training and support for corps members. Monica's early career also included significant contributions to DiscoverU Fantastic Learning Opportunities, where as President of the Board, Monica implemented strategies for organizational growth and program oversight. Monica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from St. Mary's University.
