Craig Paulnock

Craig Paulnock is an experienced digital leader with a strong background in strategy, product management, and innovation across various organizations. At Careforth, Paulnock currently holds the position of Vice President of Digital since July 2022. Previously, Paulnock served as Senior Vice President of Digital & Strategy for YMCA of the North, overseeing a significant budget and leading a team responsible for enhancing customer technologies and digital engagement. Paulnock also co-founded Open Y and has contributed to thought leadership as a writer for CIOReview. Prior roles include senior management positions at Target and Burton Snowboards, where Paulnock demonstrated expertise in developing mobile platforms and improving consumer engagement. Paulnock holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from Augsburg University.
