Carla Crain

Carla Crain has a diverse professional background with experience in member advocacy, case assistance navigation, and dietary management. Currently serving as a Member Advocate at CareGuide since November 2024, Carla previously worked at the North Texas Food Bank and UT Southwestern Medical Center, where responsibilities included assisting clients and supporting dietary services. Carla's earlier positions included roles such as Unit Clerk at John Peter Smith Hospital and Work Management Administrator at Capital Group, where expertise in resource planning and client service was demonstrated. With a strong foundation in customer service and international relief work, highlighted by the position of International Teams Manager at Hope 4 Kids International, Carla has also held supervisory roles at Life Investors Financial Group, Inc. Additionally, Carla holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Dietetic Technician from Tarrant County College and is pursuing further education at Weatherford College and Tarleton State University.
