Lauren Lydon

Lauren Lydon is an accomplished Occupational Therapist with a comprehensive background in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at CareOne Management LLC since February 2019, Lauren develops and plans interventions for long-term residents and assesses their abilities in self-care. Holding additional per diem positions at Little Sisters of the Poor and Don Orione Home, Lauren conducts evaluations and creates care plans for rehabilitation patients while providing contracture management. Previous experience at The Brentwood involved collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supervising COTAs to achieve client-centered goals. Educationally, Lauren earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire, following a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science from the same institution.
