Linda Willett

Linda Willett is the Director at CareSource since May 2022 and serves as the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since January 2010. In this role, Linda oversees Communications, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Government Affairs, Public Affairs, and Legal Affairs, along with managing the Horizon BCBSNJ Foundation. Additionally, Linda was the President of the Women's Forum of New York from January 2018 to January 2020. Previously, Linda was a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP, specializing in drug and medical device litigation from September 1990 to November 1996. Linda holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, completed in 1989, and graduated from Bishop McCort High School in 1965.
