Karen Sagoe

Karen Sagoe is a dedicated medical professional with a diverse background in healthcare and research. Currently serving as a Working Student at caresyntax since November 2018, previous experience includes an internship as a Research Assistant at the German Institute of Human Nutrition Potsdam-Rehbruecke and roles as Medical Officer at Ghana Canada Medical Center, Medical Doctor at University of Ghana Hospital, and Senior House Officer at Ghana Police Hospital, among others. Karen holds a Master of Science in International Public Health/International Health from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and multiple degrees from Kwame Nkrumah'​ University of Science and Technology, including a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Additional training includes a Clinical Observership at the University of Michigan Medical School and coursework in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights from various institutions.
