Founders Katherine Doré OBE and Karen Edwards are both parents to teenage autistic sons and passionately believe in the development and potential of young adults. The organization exists to provide support and change the lives of young people who would like the opportunity to play an active role in their community.

We strives to improve the life chances of school leavers and adults by creating inspirational and sustainable opportunities that will help them achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.

The Education and Training Team at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust is dedicated to equipping young adults with Autism in London with the essential skills and support they need to thrive in employment and independent living. The team, which includes professionals such as a Speech & Language Therapist, Functional Skills Tutor, and The Autism Project Coordinator, develops and delivers tailored educational programs, provides individualized learner support, and coordinates engagement activities to maximize each individual's potential and enhance their integration into the community.
