Ryan Soskin

Ryan Soskin is a seasoned leader in the logistics and freight industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of GoodShip since January 2022 and as an advisor at Cargado since December 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Head of Stord Freight at Stord from August 2020 to January 2022, leading the Freight division through significant growth stages. Ryan's extensive experience at Convoy Inc. spanned from December 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included launching the contract pricing team and managing initial enterprise sales efforts. Ryan began the professional journey at Coyote Logistics, contributing as a Carrier Sales Manager from June 2010 to December 2015, achieving top performance in volume and margin. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business from Miami University and graduated from Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL.
