Ana Rancic Malczewska

Ana Rancic Malczewska serves as the HR Director and Business Partner for Eastern Europe at Somfy since July 2020, overseeing the HR function for 11 legal entities across six business units with over 200 employees. Prior to this role, Ana held various positions at Philips from June 2013 to June 2020, including HR Manager for Health Systems and Learning Partner CEE, where the focus was on strategic workforce planning and learning program development. Experience also includes roles at Deininger Consulting and Mercuri Urval as a Business Development Manager and Consultant, respectively, specializing in executive search and recruitment across CEE. Earlier career highlights feature ownership of ARM Company, a trade organization, and lecturing in economics at the Economic Academy. Ana holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw.
