Ankit Jain

Ankit Jain currently serves as the Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Leader for Cargill since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ankit spent over a decade at The Kraft Heinz Company where responsibilities included leading food safety and quality functions at the Seven Hills and Wagga Wagga factories and managing overall site administration and manufacturing operations. Ankit's earlier experience includes roles at Conagra Brands and Parle Products Pvt. Ltd., focusing on quality assurance and food safety management systems. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from the University of Rajasthan and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
