Cade Schoonover

Cade Schoonover possesses extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing excellence, currently serving as Global Capital Leader at Cargill since March 2003. Previous roles at Cargill include Vice President - Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence Leader, various leadership positions in plant engineering and maintenance, and contributions to corporate reliability processes within the Meat Solutions division. Prior experience at Cessna Aircraft Company involved work as a Manufacturing Engineer, and earlier at Cargill, Cade held the role of Capital Projects Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University and a Pre-Engineering degree from Sterling College.
