Jill Davidson

Jill Davidson is a seasoned professional in the dairy nutrition and management field, currently serving as the Global Technology Lead at Cargill since May 2023, focusing on postbiotics in ruminants under the Diamond V brand. Previously held roles include National Account Manager and Technical Service Specialist at Diamond V from January 2019 to October 2024, and Director of Dairy Feed Research at Land O'Lakes from September 2008 to December 2018, where responsibilities included new product development, research oversight, and strategic planning with a management of a $3 million budget. Additionally, experience includes positions as Assistant Professor at Oregon State University and Research Program Manager at the US Dairy Forage Research Center, managing research operations and dairy health programs. Jill Davidson earned a PhD in Dairy Nutrition and Management from Michigan State University and holds an MS in Reproductive Physiology from the University of Florida and a BS in Agriculture (Animal Science) from The Ohio State University.
