Lee Henry

Lee Henry serves as the Corporate Group Environmental Leader at Cargill Meat Solutions, having been with the company since February 2002. In this role, Lee provides leadership for environmental affairs within the Cargill Beef Business unit across the United States and Canada, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting resource efficiency and sustainability through a structured approach aligned with ISO 14001 standards. Prior experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at Taylor Packing Co., Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing compliance with legal requirements and managing environmental operations, and at Dietrich's Milk Products, Inc. Lee also held the position of Environmental Operations Foreperson at Leprino Foods from November 1980 to November 1992.
