Tina Peng

Tina Peng serves as the Global HR Leader for Business Operations and Supply Chain at Cargill Food & Bio Enterprise, overseeing strategic human resource initiatives. Previous roles at Cargill include Vice President and Group HR Leader for the Food Solutions APAC Group and Global Innovate&Grow, and Vice President and Global HR Leader for the Starches, Sweeteners, and Texturizers Business Group. Earlier in their career, Tina held positions at PepsiCo as Senior HR Manager for Greater China Compensation & Benefits, and as HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing and Corporate Functions. Tina's educational background includes completing an Executive Program in Advanced Human Resources at the University of Michigan and further studies at INSEAD.
