Nadine Henseler

Nadine Henseler currently serves as Vorstandsvorsitzende at Giving Back Stiftung and People & CSR Director at Carglass® Germany, roles held since August and February 2024, respectively. Previously, Nadine Henseler was Vice President Global HR at CYBEX from January 2021 to December 2023 and held a supervisory board position at Bayreuth Marketing und Tourismus GmbH from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Vice President Global HR at ESCADA, and Head of HR and HR Business Partner positions at Michael Kors, overseeing operations in Germany, Austria, and the Nordics. Nadine Henseler's early career included leadership in HR at Douglas Cosmetics/Parfumerie Douglas. Educationally, Nadine Henseler holds a Master of Arts in International Business Studies from Universität Paderborn and Universidad de Sevilla and completed business coaching training at DGfP.
