Petra Clemens

Petra Clemens is an experienced technology executive with a solid background in IT leadership and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the CIO at CARIAD since October 2024, Petra focuses on leading Corporate IT initiatives. Previously, as CIO at VTG from February 2022 to August 2024, Petra developed an IT strategy aligned with company objectives. Petra's tenure at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG included roles as Program Manager for Global Infrastructure Optimization and Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed global transitions, service operation management, and infrastructure consultancy. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) in data center planning, as well as positions in release management at JAMBA and dealer management systems at Daimler Chrysler. Petra holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from FHTW Berlin / University of Applied Sciences.
