Kathryn Beckwith

Kathryn Beckwith is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Caribou Coffee since July 2024. Previously, Kathryn held several leadership roles at Element Fleet Management, including Director of People, Performance & Culture, where significant contributions included developing annual goals for the Chief People Officer and overseeing complex projects such as a comprehensive CEO transition. Prior experience at RBC Wealth Management encompassed various positions, including HR Initiatives Manager and Associate HR Business Partner, along with earlier roles at Neurology Specialists, LLC as Clinic Manager. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and possesses multiple certificates in Human Resource Management.
